Kune’s upper is made of a cotton-hemp-blend. The natural hemp fibers used in the fabric create a very special, natural texture that makes each shoe unique.
The undyed lining, as well as the insole, are made of certified organic cotton.
Another highlight are the embroidered eyelets and the heel loop, which is made directly from the shoe’s upper, which means that the entire shoe can be manufactured with a smaller number of different materials.
Upper / Edging:
Canvas (60% certified organic cotton, 40% hemp) – natural white
Interior lining / mid-sole:
100% certified organically grown cotton
Insole:
Hemp-flax fleece (50% hemp, 50% flax) [removable]
Outsole:
60% synthetic rubber containing approx. 33% recycled material, 25% silica, 15% recycled cork – off-white
